Our Key Advantages
1.Superior Geometric Stability
The octagonal shape distributes load more effectively than standard round pipes, offering enhanced resistance to bending and torsion. Ideal for structural columns and beams.
2.Exceptional Durability
Available with advanced surface treatments—including Hot Dip Galvanizing and epoxy coating—to withstand harsh environments, humidity, and chemical exposure.
3.One-Stop Customization
Beyond manufacturing, we provide value-added services including precision cutting, bending, punching, and welding. We deliver ready-to-assemble components to save you time and labor costs.
4.High Precision Finish
Our cold-drawing process ensures a smooth surface finish and tight dimensional tolerances, minimizing the need for on-site adjustments.

FAQ
Q: Can you manufacture octagonal pipes with non-standard dimensions?
A: Yes. We have an in-house mold design team. We can develop new molds based on your CAD drawings or samples to produce specific sizes or special corner radii.
Q: How do you ensure product quality?
A: Our Quality Control process includes chemical analysis of raw materials, on-line eddy current testing for weld integrity, and final mechanical testing (tensile/bending). A Mill Test Certificate (MTC) is shipped with every order.
Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: For stock sizes, the MOQ is 1 ton. For custom sizes requiring new production runs, the MOQ typically starts at 3-5 tons, depending on the specifications.
Q: How is the product packaged for export?
A: Pipes are bundled in hexagonal or octagonal shapes, secured with steel strips, and fitted with lifting slings. For sea freight, we recommend waterproof wrapping or wooden crating to prevent rust.
