Cold drawn precision tubes,suitable for hydraulic and pneumatic circuits,are normalized in a controlled atmosphere.This treatment,together with the fine grain of E235,allows an excellent cold deformation.

J524 Seamless Hydraulic Tube Description

Precision-engineered for high-pressure fluid transmission in industrial hydraulic systems. Manufactured from cold-drawn carbon steel (ST37.4) or stainless steel, our J524 pipes deliver burst pressure ≥4× working pressure (up to 50 MPa) and Ra ≤0.4μm internal smoothness to minimize friction and extend seal life. Ideal for excavators, agricultural machinery, and injection molding equipment requiring ISO/DIN-compliant tubing.

Manufacturing Process

    3. Heat Treatment
    Stress-relieving (+SR) or annealing (+A) stabilizes microstructure, ensuring tensile strength ≥52 kg/cm².
    4. Quality Validation

    • Eddy current testing for defects
    • Hydrostatic burst testing (4× working pressure)
    • Spectrometer material verification.
